Registration

Dear Team and Supporters,

Hope all is well and everyone is keeping fit and healthy….

We have decided to take a flier and send around last year’s AFC Waverton registration forms. To be honest we don’t know if the fees are rising but if they do we may need to chase you for a few extra quid…sorry about this but we have been waiting for long enough.

We enclose another copy of the league registration too. If possible please bring both forms along to the first fitness session on the 9^th July or if you cant make it (you will need a doctor’s note!!) then post it to simon (address below)

You need to include the following:

1.       Passport or birth certificate copy

2.       Two passport photos that look like you!

3.       Payment (please use a cheque payable to AFC Waverton)

4.       Two forms signed and completed in full

Job done….please try to make it as easy as possible for us!
