We are getting pressed to have all of our paperwork completed this week. Please see attachment which indicates what we still require from you. If we don’t have your registration documents and payments by the end of this week (Sunday) then we are assuming you are not joining us next season. We are sorry to sound harsh but we have been requesting this information for some time now and there are deadlines we have to work to ourselves. If you have already passed your info to us apologies if the spreadsheet isn’t up to date.

Our first pre-season fitness session takes place at Waverton Village Hall this Wednesday at 6.30pm. It will be an hour long. Bring drinks and come in trainers. This is an important session so you really do need to get there if at all possible. There will also be one next week.

Hope all is well and everyone is keeping fit and healthy….
We have decided to take a flier and send around last year’s AFC Waverton registration forms. To be honest we don’t know if the fees are rising but if they do we may need to chase you for a few extra quid…sorry about this but we have been waiting for long enough.
We enclose another copy of the league registration too. If possible please bring both forms along to the first fitness session on the 9th July or if you cant make it (you will need a doctor’s note!!) then post it to simon (address below)
You need to include the following:
1. Passport or birth certificate copy
2. Two passport photos that look like you!
3. Payment (please use a cheque payable to AFC Waverton)
4. Two forms signed and completed in full
