Dear Team and Supporters,

Just to confirm with you all. At U14 we have to have new player passports sorted out so will need the following:

1.       Passport photos x 2

2.       Copy of birth cert or passport

Sorry to be a pain but we need these as soon as possible to me at the address already circulated.
