Dear Team and Supporters,
Just a quick note to give a bit of warning that I will need your help to get the players registered for the U11 league by the 19th July. In order to do this you will need to fill in the attached forms and let me have them either by post or in person as soon as possible.
Copies of birth certificates/passports and 2 x passport sized photos will also be required along with the AFC Waverton subs.
