RE: Training tonight

Dear Team and Supporters,

Excellent training session last night. Our next one will be Thursday 1^st September at Upton Sports Centre (pitch 5) Time 5.45-6.45pm. Astroturf trainers needed. Make sure you all bring drinks this time!! Please can you let us know if you are not able to attend.

There is a small fee for the pitch. To make things easier we will ask for an upfront payment of £20 to cover the first 10 weeks. Can you make cheques out to AFC Waverton please (and let Jason, Robin or Simon have them asap)

Our first match against Elton will kick off at 1.30pm at the village hall. Please be there in full kit for 1pm.  We will announce the squad for this match on Thursday evening (Friday morning at the latest) If you are not available for selection please let us know as soon as possible.

Training tonight

Dear Team and Supporters,

There is a training session tonight 6.30-7.30pm at Waverton. Try to be there promptly so you can warm up before we start. Ground is hard so trainers might be best. Bring a drink because its gonna be a proper workout.

Dear all

Sorry for the extra email. We have just had the date/time for our training pitch at Upton Sports Centre. We shall train through the autumn and winter at this venue. Our slot is Thursday 5.45-6.45 Pitch 5. There will be a small fee for the pitch but it will allow us to train all the way through winter. Can you all confirm (by email) whether you are able to attend each Thursday so we can work out the charge per player.

The new Season is nearly upon us!

Dear everyone,

We hope everyone is enjoying their long summer holidays....and are getting fit and ready for the new football season!

We have our first fixture on Sunday 4^th September at home against Elton. KO time to be confirmed.

We are holding our first training session on Tuesday 23^rd August at Waverton Village Hall (6.30-7.30) can you let us know if you can’t make this please. We understand that some of you will still be on your hols.
