Dear Team and Supporters,
Training will be at Waverton this Wednesday from 5.45pm. Next week I am joining the Christleton Galactico’s on tour in Madrid so won’t be managing the boys this coming Sunday against Malpas. I have decided to seek an audience with Mr Mourinho whilst away so will come back full of new ideas and a couple of sound bites for parents and supporters.
Here’s one for a starter-
“And I think because of the passion of every English player and every English supporter, and every English journalist for the game, most of the game is played with passion, love for football and instinct, but in football you also have to think.” Jose Mourinho
It’s at home this Sunday -but need to confirm where “home” is and also KO time. Will come back to you shortly.
Let’s keep smiling
Simon
Dear Team and Supporters,
Our match on Sunday is against JFC Boughton away at Bishops High School. KO at the earlier time of 12.30. Please can you get there for noon.
Thanks

Dear Team and Supporters,
Training tonight is 5.45pm at Waverton Village Hall. Our match on Sunday is away at JFC Boughton. I will forward details as soon as I have them.
See you there

Dear Team and Supporters,
Robin and I were really pleased with the way we went about our business yesterday- we had a slow and ponderous start but we then woke up in time to make a real game of it. The Blacon coach made some really kind comments about the team- about how each time they play us we have improved. This bodes well for next season. We will need to recruit a few more players this summer as we have suffered in recent weeks with not having substitutes available (Blacon had 7 yesterday!)
This Wednesday will be the last training session at Upton. We will move back to Waverton on the grass after this. Robin will be leading this as I will be away with work. 5.45pm.
Next Sunday sees us at home (Christleton High School) against Vicars Cross in the Cup (KO 2pm) please be there for 1.30pm.
Thanks
Simon & Robin
Dear Team and Supporters,
Good training session last night....hopefully this will be a great platform for a fine performance against Blacon Youth this coming Sunday. We know how tough it is going to be....but let’s not lose the game before we turn up. Let’s be really positive after our victory last weekend.
KO will be 2pm at Blacon High School. Can you be there for 1.30pm if possible. Please let us know if you need a lift or will not be able to play.

Dear Team and Supporters,
There will be training as usual this Wednesday 5.45pm -6.45pm Upton. The match on Sunday is against Blacon away. I haven’t heard from their manager yet so please assume it is a 2pm KO unless you hear otherwise. Venue will be communicated shortly. Can you please let us know if you can’t play this weekend. Its all hands to the pump!
Simon and Robin
We are playing the match at Christleton High School again on Sunday. KO 2pm please be there for 1.30pm. Help with nets would be appreciated.
Simon
Dear Team and Supporters,
We have decided to cancel training this Wednesday because of a year 6 school disco at Christleton Primary...I suggest those of you who don’t go to this school simply gatecrash the party....(only joking of course)
This coming Sunday sees us up against our local rivals The Rockets....we want to be out of the starting blocks much earlier this time....and I am aware of at least one party the day before....
I will update you shortly about KO time and venue....but its most likely to be Waverton Queens Field...unless is rains
Can you let Robin or I know if you can’t make this important game!
Clean boots
