Thank you very much for the kind gifts for Jan and i and for LLoyd. Lloyd will treasure his shirt in fact its up on his bedroom wall as a great reminder of the 6 years of footy- he's now helping me coach Ali's team, he say's theory is easier than practice (how dare he). I thoroughly enjoyed my time coaching the Jets and hope you go from strength to strength. Our succesful double and the exciting DVD from the Thompsons & Co will be memories treasured forever.

RE: Waverton Jets V Westminster Park

Dear Team and Supporters,

 

This Sunday see us travelling away to play Westminster Park Lions. KO needs to be at the earlier time of 12.30pm at Westminster Park. Can you try to be there for 12 noon. If you can’t play this Sunday can you let Robin or I know as soon as possible.

Training at 5.45pm tonight. Try to make it if you can. Our next match against Westminster Park will kick off at 1pm at Waverton Village Hall. Can you try to be there from 12.30pm for warm ups and putting up the nets.

JFC Boughton V AFC Waverton Jets U11

Dear Team and Supporters,

This coming Sunday sees us travelling to Bishops High School to play JFC Boughton away. Kick Off is 2pm so please be there for 1.30pm. Robin will be there...and I am taking my exams! I came through my mock exams this evening...great training session well done boys.

Please stay positive ....you played this team with only 10 players remember...you were a lot better that the result.

Can you let Robin or I know as soon as possible if you aren’t available.

Also can you let us know if you are away each end of the half term break as it appears that fixtures are booked for both Sundays.

Vicars Cross Dynamos V AFC Waverton Jets U11

Dear Team and Supporters,

This coming Sunday sees us playing Vicars Cross Dynamos away. The kick off time is 1pm so please be there for 12.30pm warm ups. The match will be played on the playing fields off Thackeray Drive (Via Green Lane)

Robin and David Mc will be managing the team.

No training this week

Dear Team and Supporters,

Unfortunately this coming Wednesday Christleton High School is having its open evening for Year 6 pupils and parents. This means a large number of the team will be going there and won’t be available for training.

I plan to cancel training this week. Our next match is away at Vicars Cross Dynamos. Please watch this space for details.
